Fees are inclusive of 20% VAT.
* Student must submit a proof of student status (copy of University ID card). Young Professional must provide a proof of their Head of Department that they are not having a PhD and/or working in a full position yet.
** An accompanying person must accommodate with the participant of the congress and cannot participate in sessions. Badge or certificate will not be supplied. Welcome Reception and Networking Dinner are included in the price.
*** Not included in registration fee, only included for Accompanying Persons.

Payments & Taxes
- All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 20% VAT.
- You can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
- Invoices with an address in the European Union should bear a valid VAT Number.
The invoicing address and VAT number should be provided during the registration process. - Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline.
- After early bird deadline expiration, unpaid registrations are switched automatically to the valid registration fee of the day.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation of participation must be notified by e-mail to efas2025@aimgroup.eu
- For cancellations received by 14 March, 2025 – the full amount is refundable, reduced by the administrative fee of 10%.
- For cancellations received after 14 March, 2025, no refund is possible.
General Registration information
Please note that your registration will only be valid after successful payment. Two weeks prior to the early registration deadline and two weeks prior to the congress we can only accept payment by credit card.
We advise you to observe the relevant registration deadlines as registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges incurred and that neither the EFAS nor the EFAS Organising Team is responsible for tracking any transfers deposited without the required identification information.
Upon receipt of your payment at our bank account your registration will be finalised and a confirmation email including an invoice will be sent to you.
Name Change / Invoice Address Change
Any change of your name or invoice address will be charged with EUR 30,00 incl. VAT. We recommend you have the right information at your disposal at the moment of registration.
